7-day refund window

If you are a first-time customer and decide the service is not right for you, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase.

Refunds requested within this period are processed back to the same payment method used during checkout.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The subscription must be your first USA IPTV purchase
  • The request must come from the original purchaser

No refunds after 7 days

Once the 7-day period has passed, refunds and cancellations are no longer available. This applies to all subscription lengths.

USA IPTV is a digital service. Login credentials and access are delivered shortly after payment, which is why refunds are limited to the initial trial period.

Situations not eligible for a refund

Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Device compatibility issues discovered after setup
  • Incorrect email or device details provided by the customer
  • Misuse, abuse, or repeated refund requests
